Site Format

All significant texts have been presented with the corresponding Chinese script, or with an image taken from the original document for immediate reference. For the romanisation of the Chinese language, we have used the Hanyu Pinyin 漢語拼⾳ method, however, this does not apply to references that are originally printed in a different system or names in other Chinese dialects. We present all Chinese characters in the traditional script as opposed to the simplified method. The main body of work is presented in the British format of the English language and citations are in the Oxford format.
